Terms

1) ORDER

Orders can be made easily and conveniently using a shopping cart, phone, e-mail, or by writing to our address. Be sure to include colour, size and a number of pieces.

2) ORDER CONFIRMATION

Order is received within 24 hours, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order. We will also email you to confirm that we sent you the purchased goods.

3) CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You can cancel your order within 24 hours by telephone or e-mail. Just include your name, e-mail address and a description of the ordered goods.

4) PACKAGING AND POSTAGE

We send the purchased goods by post.

5) DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time ranges from 3 to 5 days, unless stated otherwise. In the event that certain goods are not in stock, we will contact you immediately.

6) EXCHANGE OF GOODS

We will exchange the purchased goods if it is unused and undamaged, and returned with the original label and packaging. You need to send the goods via registered post to our address and cover the postal charge.

7) RETURNED GOODS

You can return any goods within 14 days after delivery.

PROCEDURE:

1) Inform us in advance by phone or e-mail.
2) Send the goods by registered post (no cash on delivery) to our address.
3) The goods must not show any signs of wear and must be sent back in original packaging with all labels from the manufacturer with a copy of the bill.
4) If the goods are in order, we will return you the money.
5) We will not reimburse the postal charge.

8) GUARANTEE AND WARRANTY CLAIMS

Any claim will be processed in accordance with applicable law. The buyer should check the goods at delivery to see if there are any faults. We don’t take the responsibility for any damage caused during shipping.

All goods are covered by a 24-month guarantee, unless stated otherwise. The guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not apply to:

a) defects resulting from an everyday use
b) improper use of the product
c) improper storage

Complaint Procedure:

1) Tell us about the complaint by telephone, e-mail or in writing
2) Send the goods via registered post (no cash on delivery) to our address
3) Describe the reason for the complaint, include your address
4) Copy of the bill

We will handle your complaint at the latest within 14 days after filing.
